Sales Coordination Manager

Job description

BCG Expand are seeking a Sales Coordination Manager to play a critical role at the heart of our commercial operations, ensuring the sales team runs efficiently and effectively. This is a highly organised, client-facing support role requiring outstanding interpersonal skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage a fast-moving schedule across multiple time zones.

The successful candidate will act as a key point of contact for diary management, relationship coordination, and outreach support—working closely with senior leadership and the broader sales team to facilitate business development and client engagement activities.

Key responsibilities will include:

Meeting & Calendar Management

  • Booking and coordinating meetings on behalf of the sales team, including engagement with Executive Assistants and client stakeholders
  • Planning and managing attendee logistics for roundtable sessions
  • Coordinating travel and meeting schedules for Management Team trips
  • Maintaining visibility of the sales pipeline and upcoming engagements

CRM & Data Management

  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date CRM records including contacts, activity logs, and pipeline status
  • Ensuring data quality and proactively resolving gaps or inconsistencies
  • Generating reports and summaries to support planning and review meetings

Outreach & Business Development Support

  • Drafting tailored outreach emails to both cold and warm leads
  • Researching target contacts to personalise engagement
  • Supporting lead generation and building targeted prospect lists aligned to Expand’s client base

Job requirements

Qualifications and Experience

  • Experience in a sales coordination, executive assistant, or business development support role
  • Proven ability to manage complex diaries and senior stakeholder scheduling
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar
  • Strong written English and experience drafting professional communications
